Do you sell software?
No. EASYBOL.com is a monthly subscription service. There’s nothing to install, maintain, upgrade, or secure. You won’t need IT staff, servers, or software! Your application is available 24/7 from any internet connected desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

Are there any long-term contracts?
No. EASYBOL.com is billed on a month by month basis and you can cancel at any time.

Do I have to buy separate modules or apps to get all the features?
No. The EASYBOL.com service includes everything in one package. There are no add-on charges or special configurations. You get all the features for creating BOLs, reporting, setting up your databases, and managing users. If there is a feature you do not see here, contact us and we’ll try to help you on a case-by-case basis.

We store your data in an SQL Server database in a limited access secure hosting facility. We can also provide custom data downloads on a case by case basis.

How do we initially set up service with companies, shipping locations, customers, products, etc?
We will initially create a Master Administrator account for your company. From that account, you will be able to create Shipping Companies, Shipping Locations, and additional users. Users with System Setup rights can also create, customers/consignees, products, carriers, and other system defaults. System users will be granted access to specific Companies/Shipping Locations, and Consignees/Customers.

Does EASYBOL.com invoice my customers?
EASYBOL.com is not an invoicing system. You can however run extensive reports that will give you all the information you need to create invoices through a system of your choice.

Does EASYBOL.com provide training?
EASYBOL.com is simple enough to use that you should not need to waste time on training classes or reading long manuals. On-screen instructions and an intuitive interface guide you through the process. We will do online GoToMeeting sessions if you would like to have additional instruction in any aspect of the service.
